HOW DOES DISC D3 (DISC/TEAMS/VALUES/BAI) DIFFER FROM OTHER DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS?
Results of the DISC D3 assessment inform us about the following areas:
- POTENTIAL: Where does your potential lie? What unique values do you contribute to the team? Which of your competences allows the team to achieve the goals more effectively? How should your potential be developed to achieve even better results?
- STRENGHTS IN BEING A LEADER on the level of: impact, guiding, conducting processes, relations, etc.
- EVERYDAY COOPERATION: How do you choose your arguments during a conversation? What are you guided by when making decisions? How do you naturally react to change and how do you communicate change to others? What is your natural work and behavior style – on a normal day and under pressure, and how might others be perceiving it? Why do you work very well with one team whereas working with other teams may constitute a challenge?
- MOTIVATION: What do you need in order to feel internal job satisfaction?
People are different but their behaviors are very predictable and there is an easy way to diagnose what motivates them and then implement such a cooperation strategy which will have a noticeable effect.
DISC D3 is the most sensitive diagnostic tool in the world, because it combines 4 different analyses:
DISC (i.a. the communication style, level of decisiveness, level of analytical thinking, independence, reaction to change, resistance to stress, work organization, value for the team, the areas for development)
TEAMS (preferred roles played in the team: creator, executor, analyst, coordinator, strategist)
VALUES (the values which determine our decisions: loyalty, independence, equality, honesty)
BAI (internal motivations which translate into performance: knowledge, economy, artistry, social activism, exertion of influence, inner peace.

How does DISC D3 (DISC/TEAMS/VALUES/BAI) differ from other diagnostic tools?
By using the iceberg metaphor, DISC D3 examines not only behavior which can be observed (DISC), but also what is below the water level, what is not seen by the naked eye and yet impacts our behavior (team roles, values, internal motivations).
DISC D3 does not use labels, it takes into account 3, and 2 dominant styles of behavior, 12 atypical results, which gives us as 40 different DISC profiles, 240 profiles in the DISC test and 1440 in the D3 (TEAMS/VALUES/BAI) test.
