We carry out our mission by evaluating candidates’ potential effectiveness during the recruitment process, diagnosing the strengths of existing employees and their leaders and using DISC D3 (DISC/TEAMS/VALUES/BAI) competence tests. We train teams in the scope of the skills they actually need to meet their goals, prepare development plans to advance their skills and later evaluate the results.

We specialise in the strategic use of competency tests, recruitment tests based on the DISC D3 (DISC/TEAMS/VALUES/BAI) methodology, effective online tools, invaluable in situations when you want to:
